if you want to be happy ...you can. its our thoughts which makes us happy, not the peoples. few days ago i was searching my happyness in others....but now, after comming back from family visit .....i feel....that we shoud feel happyness from inside ...no need to search in others. If you want to be happy...you have to say to your self , 'I M Happy' even you are not .you need to trust on your words 'i m happy', even yet you r not happy and recall the good time, your achievements and your goal...that modify your thoughts and just after sometime your saddist part will disappear....and you feel you are really happy.
