Over reacted to a situation with someone that I 100% cared about. When I thought they didn't want to speak to me anymore. So I did a flight or fight and basically cut ties with them for one day & blocked them off almost everything through and email. Got a reply that made me know I was completely off base. Tried to get time to get on and unblock them but an emergency situation kept me from doing so. I regret this everyday. -- But over reacting will always be the craziest thing I will ever do under any circumstance... unfortunately. If you can't handle that, I'm sorry... but my anxiety always trumps me being logical. -sigh.-
