I enjoy being active outdoors & in! I love long walks around the city, biking and running around the lakes, and enjoying the beach when it's warm.
I go to the gym a few times a week to release negative energy from the day. I also love a nice yoga session with a group or on my own.

When I'm feeling lazy or sad, I like to cuddle up in bed with Netflix and watch silly TV shows or documentaries. Artsy French films get me going too ;)
