Meaning of Life:
I believe, in a nutshell, that we are here to learn and become better, more evolved beings. I am going to stop there, because this is not the type of question you want to be asking me unless you are up for what most folks would consider very long, dry debate, that I personally would find exhilarating.
Five Things I Can't Live Without:
#1. My loved ones and friends, including my animals
#2. Entertainment, be it books, movies,cable, internet, even folks relating stories face to face-- we need a break from reality sometimes
#3. Education and personal enrichment, in the sense that I always like to be learning and experiencing new things, and it essential to constantly grow and develop as a person

Vineland by Thomas Pynchon, A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess (I like the movie, too), FishBoy by Mark Richard, the Dune series, Frankenstein,-- More will come to me, I read a lot, and it is hard to pick off the top of your head
What I Like To Do For Fun:
I am a hedonist! I believe that it is sacred to love and enjoy all aspects of life, even the most decadent, so I have no problem having fun. I love to eat good food and have good sex and get lost in a good book or movie or band. I find great joy in creating art and beauty, and strive to personalize everything around me. I love to travel and see new things, too. The world has an unending string of pleasures to offer, and I want indulge every one!
Favorite Songs:
I have actually been IN a few bands-- Harriet the Spy, Ace Promazine, and The Prosthetics. I play Bass, as it is the "Chick Instrument", (Just Kidding. But at one point in time it did seem like every other band had a girl bassist!) Actually, I am a second generation bassist, as my father was in an almost famous punky/glam rock-ey band in the 70's.
The favorite thing is so hard for me to do-- I like a lot-- I will just list bands,in no particular order, and if you know any of them you will get the idea:
Nick Cave, the Clash, Neurosis, Cop Shoot Cop, PJ Harvey, Enslaved, Ulver, Laibach, Big Black(NOT the dude from MTV reality shows, the seminal 80's noise band of producer Steve Albini), Mission of Burma, the Butthole Surfers, I like a good deal of Black Metal, Japanese Noise Bands, and European Industrial, so there are some things I'm not even going to bother listing... I grew up on David Bowie, the Velvet Undergound (Why, Why, can't I be a Factory Girl!), and the New York Dolls-- will list more as it comes to mind--
Favorite Movies:
Now you really got me-- I am a Cinemaphile-- some of my favorite directors include Jim Jarmusch (Dead Man and Ghost Dog)and Wim Wenders (Wings of Desire-- the real German version, not the crappy American knock off). I like a lot of Horror movies, even those that are a bit over the top, and Anime too. For the most part, I do not have what many folks would consider to be your average chicks taste in either film or music, and I HATE what one would consider Chick-Flicks and Romantic Comedies, barring a couple of old John Hughes films, as I am, indeed, a child of the 80's:) I really like Fight Club as far as Mainstream movies go.......
Craziest Thing I've Ever Done:
Like most women, I have a bit of the Gun Lust. When I was a young lady, I was courting the owner of a very flamboyant record store that had a small showplace for bands and make-shift firing range in the basement. The "firing-range" consisted of a large stump in a small cement block room. Drunk, and thrilled at the possibility of both shooting a gun for the first time and getting to fuck the boy I liked, I shot a fairly large caliber, semi-automatic pistol at a large piece of wood in a tiny cement block basement, while drunk with no ear or eye safety gear-- my ears rang for days and thank God I hit the target every time with no ricochet, but if we are talking crazy, as in "gotta be nuts and possibly real stupid" crazy, that takes it. Some of my "Good Crazy" stories, well, you have to meet me to hear those...
If I Could Be Anywhere Right Now:
CLIMBING MOUNT FUJI!!!!!! And if I were the luckiest girl in the world, I would be shopping for a lovely, very expensive traditional residence in Tokyo, if it were at all doable.
Hobbies:
I love to paint and carve woodblocks-- woodblocks were what helped me to become the only Art Minor at Hiram college ever to have a Senior Show of their own. Raising Bettas and playing with my dogs, as well as trying to find time to volunteer and help others with their own Pet/Animal concerns. Sewing and Fashion-- as a matter of fact, if I were to ever go back to school, I would love to attend one of the top Fashion Schools in the country--Movies and Cartoons, Movies and Cartoons!!!!!-- I mentioned that I play Bass-- I would eventually like to learn to play Cello and Tattoo-- Also, I am currently only partially fluent in one other language than English, and would like to become proficient in both German and Japanese, as well as learning my family's Mother tongue--Slovak-- so that I may help preserve our culture in the face of our family's older generations dying off in America and taking our ways with them as my cousins seem more than un-enthused by anything that is not broadcast to them by MTV-- I REALLY HATE MTV!!!!!
Talents:
I am very creative and adapt well to many situations. I love to paint and draw and write. I also love fashion from an artistic, "my body as a living canvas" standpoint, not from the "what is popular at the mall, what are all my friends wearing?" end. I am the ultimate explorer, and I thrive on discovering the unknown, rather than fearing or avoiding it. I have a lust for life and knowledge! I test well-- this sounds so silly, but I must admit that it has taken me far--I scored in the top 3% of the country on my LSATS, but I do not have the proper temperment to be a successful attorney. This fact did help get me into the grad school of my choosing, regardless.

I love intellect and creativity. Not the offensive ass-slapping "you're my Bitch" type of overtly sexual, but the type that simply really enjoys sex, and feels comfortable expressing himself sexually to a wide range of women in a wide range of ways for fun and companionship. The type of man that can fuck other people WITH me-- as a unit-- but then still be there for me, and me for him-- when all is said and done. I am not looking for the average good, dependable Father/Provider/Head of Household, I want a partner in crime! The Clyde to my Bonnie--the Heidegger to my Arendt. Physically, he's tall and wirey-- all muscle, bone, and sinew, with lovely skin and piercing eyes, but if he's great in every other way, he can be a leper or a blob for all I care.
Perfect Date:
Oh, this is a hard one, actually-- different people are more suited to some activities than others, and it is hard to have fun if your date is not enjoying him or herself! I guess every woman would love a date that ends in a lovely, sexy, romantic evening. If money were no object, There is a particular restaurant in NYC that I would be thrilled to try, but as I live in Ohio currently, the private jet and limo are a bit of a pipe dream-- however, I am always down for a roadtrip, and impulsive enough to take off for a day or two to try a restaurant where you can pretend that you are in Feudal Japan!
Turn Ons/Offs:
As I said, I like my men to be very forward and intelligent-- almost uncompromising. I like a man that seems to radiate sex, but still has a certain little boy charm. I hate braggarts and posers and "cool guys". I do not like it when folks go out of their way to impress me or others--it ranges from comical to pathetic to watch, but it is never attractive! Also, I am not wild about those people who try to rely on what they own rather than who they are to impress others, or those who follow trends and fads to the point where they seem to have little real "self" to share.
