A day trip to Kansas City to see the architecture, wander the River Market and the shopping districts, maybe hit a museum or climb the tower at liberty memorial. As evening wears on, we could wander down to a nice(r) restaurant in the Plaza (personally in love with the Melting Pot or somewhere unique). Then maybe a ride in one of the horse drawn carriages or the river gondola, maybe both. When the evening draws to a close, if I'm sufficiently pleased, perhaps a night of pleasure and pain at a nice hotel could be in store.
