When I rarely read, I enjoy the following genres: comedy, mystery, adventure, sci-fi, fantasy.
Favorite Songs:
I love country! Dance, EDM, Techno, stuff like that. Soft rock (alternative, I guess), pop, hip-hop. Off the top of my head, genres I'm not a fan of (list will be shorter this way) are metal (anything screaming), slow songs (even slow country), and rap. I don't mind a little rap mixed into a song, but full rap songs don't interest me.
Favorite Movies:
Animated movies are my favorite! But I enjoy a variety of other genres, too. No horror! :( "Scary" movies are different than movies like "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" and the like. When I say scary, I mean like Aliens, The Grudge, The Ring, etc. I don't like movies that portray the crazy shit we deal with in the real world, like serial killers, maniacs who torture. An exception to this is the "Saw" franchise, because there isn't a person causing harm to another person, it's the situation they're in that leads to their torture/death. Plus there's a story to the movies rather than pure gore.
Hobbies:
I love being on the water. The beach is okay. I like the sun and the warmth of the sand, playing in the waves; but the salt-water sucks! Makes my hair frizzy and tangled as hell (when dry). Sand blows around when it's windy and hits you like glass shards on your bare legs. :| Worse if they're wet! Anyway...I prefer the lake. The water is nicer, it doesn't contain sharp shells or hungry sharks. Boats are fun to ride around on, as are jet skis, and tubing. Snow tubing is fun, too. Dirt bikes and ATVs are fun to ride around in the sand-dunes or on trails in the woods. I enjoy riding my bicycle and walking. Too childish to admit I still like to color? =D Is spoiling your cats a hobby? I'd be very good at it. As much as I enjoy being adventurous, I definitely enjoy being a homebody, too. Movie, snacks, company, blankets, fire going, etc...count me in!
Perfect Mate:
A male version of myself? That sounds a little weird...and cocky. Like I'm so good I would wanna date myself, haha.
Perfect Date:
I would wanna do something active where we can be busy having fun (so there's not a dull moment) while getting to know each other. A movie and dinner would be my last choice. Can't really talk in a theater. And, I don't know, I'd rather have take-out to eat somewhere more comfortable and relaxing than a restaurant.
Turn Ons/Offs:
Ons: humor, affectionate, cologne, trimmed facial hair, long enough hair to run my hands through, a guy who can take control/knows what he wants, compromise, out going, intelligence (not looking for a genius; though, I wouldn't complain, ha), um...
Offs: poor hygiene, bad teeth, arrogance/cockiness, um...
Mind you, the 'dream' guy isn't what most girls fall for. So if you're different than what's listed, I'm sure I'll still like you. :)
