One takes One-day at a time and doing the optimum with that day of focus. I am a cancer survivor so far. Therefore, life is very meaningful to me.

Exercise, nutrition, air helps, a meaning ful love helps but not actually required. We are all independent if we admit it. Congnitive processing of our experiences, helps.
