Well I road my peddle bike to Idaho just for the hell of it about 220 miles. No practice to know what it might need ,just decided n a week later I was on the road n off course made it. This summer I am going to swim across the biggest natural lake west of the Mississippi the flathead lake. Its a little over six miles wide where I'm gonna do it
