If I Could Be Anywhere Right Now: I am here now! Bern, Switzerland. And loving it. I hated living in the USA. BTW, the American dollar is worth crap now in the EU. My salary 3x when I got a job in Zurich. Living part time in Munich, Germany. I have no life.

My salary 2x when I got a job in Zurich. But renting or buying is terribly expensive and living expenses in Switzerland are twice as expensive as, for example, Germany!!
