Although I was raised in an era of rap/r&b/hip hop and American Idol pop music, I find myself gravitating more toward rock music of the 70s, 80s and 90s. I really like bands like Dishwalla, A Perfect Circle, Rob Dickinson, Deftones, Led Zeppelin and Dream Theater. There's a lot more meaning, passion and artistry in their work than there is in the current state of music which is driven by sex and money.

Favorite Movies:
There are so many films that I love. Right now I am really into the new films in the Planet of the Apes series (Rise and Dawn - can't wait for War!!). I also really like the original Star Wars trilogy and the The Force Awakens (no desire to see the prequels).
Another of my favorite films is Magnolia by Paul Thomas Anderson. I'm a trained actress and watching this film is not only an experience in the human condition, but acting Olympics for the entire cast. I was totally shaken by it and I still think about it all this time after I first saw it. It's funny, emotional and, at least to me, so real how so many disconnected lives could all be connected by one simple event.
But right now, my favorite film has to be Gone Girl. I am still haunted by it. It gs beyond the performances of the actors and bleeds int the performances by the characters themselves, how they were so fake but completely believable at the same time.
Craziest Thing I've Ever Done:
One time I was on the way home with a boyfriend and we decided we wanted to fuck in the backseat of his car. No tinted windows or anything. We pulled over in a small neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley (North Hollywood to be exact) and got in the backseat.
