Anything written by Isaac Asimov, Douglas Adams and Tony Morrison. The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown, Ghost in the Wires by Kevin Mitnick and The Victorian Internet by Tom Standage More recently, Imperium and Conspirata by Robert Harris as well as Daemon by Danial Suarez and Drift by Rachel Maddow.
What I Like To Do For Fun:
Currently, I am a member of a group of seniors. We have many activities including fundraisers for charitable causes, tours, trips and participation in many local events.
Favorite Songs:
Everything by Gilbert & Sullivan. Gospel, choral, soul and live pipe organ music. I have just discovered African Voices by Steve Millington. I am tired of guitars, even when they are well played.
Favorite Movies:
Casablanca, The Lion in Winter, The Net, Midnight Run, Tequila Sunrise, Shawshank Redemption and The Color Purple.
Craziest Thing I've Ever Done:
I carried a canoe halfway across a lake because it was never deep enough to float the canoe. And then I carried it back.
If I Could Be Anywhere Right Now:
Central America; preferably, Costa Rica even though I don't understand their language.
Hobbies:
none nowadays. Photography and electronics in the past.

Dinner and a show - live, if possible.
Turn Ons/Offs:
Turn ons: can't tell you except that I know it when I see it. Turn offs: overweight, elective surgically enhanced body parts, crude language and a dirty mouth.
