1) Communication - PMs are for business, try to keep chat in public (spoken or typed) as much as possible so people in your room know where you're at. Interact with people in your room, answer questions, if it's quiet ask some questions.
Low background music can also be nice, but not too loud, and make sure your voice can be heard clearly over it.
2) Personality - Try to stay upbeat and never show if you're tired, depressed, lazy, grumpy, etc. People are not there to watch you sit in a chair and wait for group or private sessions.
Keep active, smile, and fake it if you have to. There is nothing wrong with being shy; but use it to your advantage. Play it up. Make it a gimmik. Create a persona, and try to stick with it.
3) Plan Ahead! - Have a "goal", meaning a certain amount that you want to make in a certain amount of time, and clock it, counting down the closer you get to it.
Put the "goal" in your topic, and lower it by the amount of each tip you get, getting closer to the big "finish" a the end. Everything up till then is up to you.
Put prices on everything. You can tease, but never ever give too much away for free. Make games out of it. Have parties with themes. Hold an auction. Make sure you have a full list of prices, plus your goal, and your "end game" in the topic of your room. Be creative.
4) Do not be afraid to sniff out the competition. Go crash the other girls rooms. See how they do things. Emulate the girls with the highest Cam scores!! That shit actually works, or they wouldn't have that score!!
