My basic four food groups are garlic, chocolate, caffeine and sugar. Chocolate is always dark and I'm picky about my sugar and caffeine. Ripe succulent seasonal fruits. Maple syrup is in my genetic coding. I can be wrapped around one's finger for a great cortado or oolong tea.
