About Me:
Former model and Playboy bunny, I have since changed in direction and purpose. Though fond of many of my memories, my reaction to the painful aspect of my past is rather visceral upon reflection. A significant event happened several years ago, and I have since devoted my life to Christ. Since then, I have given up a rather deleterious life and found new purpose in helping others attain their fitness goals as a certified personal trainer, and it has also become my passion to share the love I have found in my faith with all people. As I may be the only person talking about religion, politics and philosophy on this site, I am prepared to receive a fair amount of derisive commentary from viewers. However, I do hope to meet people who can have intelligent conversations without being disrespectful or rude, though their opinion may be different from my own. Though a neophyte with a lot to learn, I feel optimistic at the moment. I do hope my discussing and reading various articles/books as well as providing health, wellness and fitness information will be refreshing and encouraging to all who listen and observe.
