Woodwork/Carpentry, Hiking, Camping, Sailing, Volunteer for a few places, and veg in front of the computer far too much.

Any date is perfect with the right person, but I'd probably go for the cheesy romantic evening: starlight, sound of waves crashing against the shore, candles, soft classical music, white table cloth, champagnes, amazing food and the woman of my dreams to share it with.

Intelligence, Honesty, Personality, Sense of Humour. Physically: Eyes or Naked Backs I suppose. Offs? Lying to me, Ignorance... I dunno, platted nose hair?
