and yes, those are SCARS on my legs....i was almost killed in a head-on collision (guy fell asleep while driving and crossed over) and had both femurs crushed and one ankle (which is rebuilt with titanium parts), as well as the metatarsal bone broken in the other foot. I had multiple surgeries and spent weeks at a time in the hospital recovering...got metal plates along both femurs first but when that wasnt doing the job, they decided i needed metal posts inserted into the bones themselves, instead, along with bone grafts in each leg (they also discovered i had a staff infection in one bone, but never any symptoms)...fun! lol....long story...it has been almost 2 years now, this september 2017.....im finishing physical therapy again but cant quite run yet lol or bend my knees all the way :( need some help stretching them every day hehe....so please forgive me if my body is not as perfect as some of the other, younger gals on here....ive had 2 kids in the last 5 years...and breastfed them both...and im 40 lol so yeah....my body's not what it once was.....and yes, i admit, i'm not as confident as i once was....but really, how many of you are in top shape? ;).......................................................................................................
