About Me:
I enjoy living an active, healthy lifestyle that involves strength training, boxing, hiking, sight seeing, cooking from scratch and trying new foods from different cultures.
My health and fitness journey began when I lost about 100 pounds over 2 years ago! Throughout my life I tried diets, joining gyms, watching workout videos and even thought about joining weight loss programs. But none of that worked for me as I always gave up, fell back into old habits and went right back to being negative.
As a result of a severe depression that increased over time, I lost 20 lbs. in two weeks. I realized this was the chance for me to turn a negative into a positive and that the only person that could make me happy was myself. I began to discover that happiness comes from within, not through the validation of others. After spending so much time in the dark, I am now the sun that shines through the clouds on a rainy day! Plump to Peachyy, in more ways than onee :)

Five Things I Can't Live Without:
When I was 18 years of age, my guardian, my best friend, the person who raised me, passed away from Pancreatic Cancer. I truly believed I wouldn't be able to live without this individual. I learned everything I knew from them. For quite some time I began deteriorating mentally. But after seeking help from the system and being shot down, self help is one of the things I am grateful for discovering.
Fast forward, here I am living ! Growing and developing one day at a time all because I did not give up on my self. I developed strength and courage to be better. Strength has definitely assisted in keeping me afloat.
Favorite Books:
The Noticer, Shutter Island, Jab Jab Jab Right Hook. Really anything beneficial to growth and development!
What I Like To Do For Fun:
My life revolves around health and fitness. After making a lifestylee change and losing over 100lbs, I have never been happier or healthier. The feeling I get when I look in the mirror and tell myself how blessed and beautiful I am has sparked an interest in sharing this feeling with others. Whether it be going for hikes, runs, site seeing, boxing, strength training, traveling, exploring other cultures and trying new foods, energetic and famished are two words that would best describe me. Considering I am always moving, I am always eating ! _IssaLifestylee

I loveee Music ! I can listen to just about anything but my favorite Genres would have to be Hip hop, and I mean REAL hip hop, not this trash on the radio nowa dayss! Also, I love to dance to Jamaican Style reggae!
Favorite Movies:
Apocolyptico, American History X, American Sniper, Taken. Although I have chosen not to watch any form of t.v in the past 2 years for my own mental health, I thoroughly enjoy anything based on true events that provide suspense ! Probably why I always enjoyed watching the news , haha.
Craziest Thing I've Ever Done:
Craziest thing I have ever done was sit here and care about what other people think about me. For YEARSS, I was caught up on being validated by others and it did nothing but set me behind. The experiences I could have had and the people I could have met would have allowed me to have a real cool story for this section. Instead, I chose to live in fear and remain paralyzed for quite some time.
Side Note: When I was 14 years old I went on a family cruise to 3 different Islands. One night when my family went to bed early I snuck onto the lounge level that was for 18+. Needless to say, the tits and ass I had at 14 allowed me to sit at the bar and smoke cigars with men much older than me. It was one of the craziest things I remember doing as a Teen.
If I Could Be Anywhere Right Now:
If I could be anywhere right now it would probably be on an island on the sand, under the sun. I love laying out, topless if I can, listening to the sounds of ocean waves or water flowing. I often find myself at the beach in the Summer to the point where I will work online from the sand!
Hobbies:
Anything that involves food or being active. Studying/reading, strength training, boxing, hiking, sight seeing, eating, and cooking. I also love cleaning and organizing, keeps me going and switches up my views!
Talents:
I am talented at being REAL, RAW & AUTHENTIC AF. It pleases me to please others in any aspect of life. Providing smiles, embracing my beauty and radiating my positive energy is what I do best !
Perfect Mate:
My perfect mate would involve someone open minded, non judgmental , adventurous and fearless! Excepting someone for who they are and encouraging them to grow and develop not only as an individual but as a couple.
Perfect Date:
Considering I LOVE FOOD, the perfect date would include food in a scenic area. Restaurants are overrated. I'd take an old school picnic in the park with a basket full of goods conversing about growth and development while watching the birds. On a more itimate level, I'd like to remain at home and partake in discovering a new recipe to bring to life with some spice. Envision, playfully taste testing, in the nude, as we admire the several aromas that have contributed to the feeling of satisfaction.
Turn Ons/Offs:
As a sapiosexual, intelligence arouses me more than anything. I've been PLUMP & gone peachyy, therefore I have plenty of knowledge in fitness and Nutrition and would gladly school youu, potentially in the nude.
It turns me off when an individual only sees me as a snack. When you are hungry, snacks are not sustainable for long lasting energy but if you eat the right meal, your energy level increases. Therefore, I am a full course meal, if you take your time you may even have room for dessert !

Ultimately, what you consume mentally and physically are of great significance to the growth and development of the overall individual. Like putting gas in your car; the better the fuel, the longer it will last; how well you treat the vehicle will further determine how far you will go. Think about how FAST you are going and observe/record how you feel. But remember, slow and steady wins the race.
