Starting out with my physical appearance, I am African-American, my height is 5'4", I wear squared glasses, a bit overweight (Update: Although I'm still medically overweight, between late 2012 to December 28, 2017, I have lost between 65 to 70 pounds), I have an afro with black hair that I trim into shape every six months or so (in the past, I have had short hair and a flattop), and I have a mustache and a goatee. However, my facial hair never turns into a full beard.

As far as clothing and accessories are concerned, I tend to wear dark clothing most of the time. I also wear two pyramid studded wristbands, a ball necklace, and a necklace with a dragon on it.

The television shows I tend to watch are the following: Japanese anime, cartoons, comedy, and miscellaneous TV shows.

When I play computer and video games, I tend to play the following genres: Action/Adventure, Platformer, RPG, MMORPG, Puzzle, Strategy, Real Time Strategy, and Family games.

When it comes to my education, I've earned an Associate of Art in Liberal Arts in 2003, I've earned an Associate of Applied Science in Web Design in 2009, and I've earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems on May 11, 2012.

My personal Website went live on July 1, 2013. Ideally, I would say that if you're interested in checking that out, the link is in the list of my Websites. However, since March 2021, my Website has been down due to a PHP upgrade at HostGator and me not updating my HTML5 and PHP code. Also, I haven't updated several plugins in years. I'm in the process of redoing the HTML5 and PHP code for my Website.

From April 20, 2015 to May 17, 2024, I worked at a company as a Technical Service Representative and provided support for a retail chain in the Northeast United States.

Starting on July 24, 2024, I am currently employed as a Software Support Technician for a dental practice management software company.

I'm now doing Let's Plays of computer and video games. Basically, what that entails is hooking up one of my video game systems to my Hauppauge HD PVR, connecting that to my computer, and just record myself playing a game. Once I'm done recording, I record some post-production commentary, export the video into an appropriate video format, and upload the video to my YouTube channel. Currently, I've completed the following games:

On December 8, 2013, I started doing Live Streaming on Twitch. I mostly stream video games (particularly 8 and 16-bit video games), but on occasion, you might find me streaming the occasional computer game (if my computer can handle it). On March 24, 2018, thanks to the support of so many individuals, the Path to Affiliate was completed on Twitch. On March 26, 2018, I received an E-Mail from Twitch inviting me to join the Twitch Affiliate Program. On March 27, 2018, I completed the Affiliate Onboarding, so as of March 27, 2018, I am officially a Twitch Affiliate.

I'm in the process of building a network attached storage device (NAS) and installing TrueNAS Community Edition. This is an incredibly slow process because I need to purchase all of the computer parts that I need to build the NAS.

After years of waiting for the Username to become available, I finally changed my Username from destroyerx01 to DestroyerX on Sunday, June 15, 2025.
