Craziest Thing I've Ever Done:
Attempted a weekly games magazine, ^_^. Attempted 24/7 turn around on E3 videos (try filming all day and uploading to a cloud video platform all night - sleep was scarce).
When filming a DVD documentary in 2004, I attended two events (one in France, and one in Scotland) without sufficient money to be there, and made it fit budget by sleeping rough with thousands of pounds of video equipment in my lap, and thankfully never got robbed, =).
