My current favorites book series is the Kurtherian Gambit series by Michael Anderly. He has Dozens and Dozens and dozens of books in it and i'm slowly determined to read them all.
I also love other series like Harry Potter (yes i'm a hufflepuff and im proud of it), and the malory novels by johanna lindsay (this is a series about a family in Victorian London)

When it comes to movies i'm a die hard Disney fan. I love so many Disney movies its nearly impossible to pick a favorite but i will always have a special place in my heart for nightmare before Christmas!
When we get away from Disney i'm a fan of action and comedy, for action my favorite movie is RED.
